My mx duo has been giving me trouble over the last 2 weeks and i tried all the online problem solving techniques that they have. So i finally broke down and called their help desk. A extremely polite man walked me through all the steps again and we even tried a few new things, sadly nothing seemed to help. In a heartbeat he decided to replace the item, and they would ship first. I cannot say how easy to deal with and how pleasant he was to deal with.

Kudos to logitech and kudos to the man that helped me. Logitech has my support for as long as they are in business now!

They really do have amazing customer support. Awhile back the rubber began to come off the thumbsticks on both of my wireless Xbox controllers. When I called support they informed me that they would send out 2 replacement controllers while I waited for the new model to be released. So I received 2 free wired controllers, and then a few months later received 2 new wireless controllers.

Very impressive indeed.

they are the absolute best..

I bought a 5 piece surround system, which I thought had a broken front right speaker because no sound was coming out of it, so I called the RMA service, and they said that the model wasn't made anymore, so they sent me a BRAND NEW upgrade 5.1 system, and said I could just pitch the old ones in the trash.. and in the long run the problem was with my sound card, so I basically got two 5.1 systems for the price of one.. i <3 logitech
