No Idea What Spyware is it?

Hiyas,
On my XP Laptop, I have these popups appear from out of no where. They are not browser generated even. They are ADs and seem to be tracked. I am in Opera right now and there is a popup on my taskbar.

It was popping up as well when I was using firefox to surf. MS Antispyware didnt find anything but I do get some some kind of software trying to hijack my HOST file from time to time.

Any hints? Any possible ways to removing it?

well first of all do a sweep with spybot S&D, adaware, and trojanhunter in the "before windows loads" mode....

Download Hijackthis (I think 1.99 is the latest version), scan with it, and post the log file here. From there I'll help you.

I've been having the same exact problem... but I've been able to narrow it down to at least one program eliteppy32.exe. I've run HiJackThis and Ad-Aware, but they have been unsucessful in deleting these nasty spywares.
As long as I'm connected to the Internet, I'm getting pop-ups every 5 minutes! HELP!
