I keep getting viruses through Java on my computer it's up to 6 or so a week.
I just turned off the auto update feature on Java and we'll see if that works.
Just thought I'd let you guys know incase you're having the same situation.

The issues you're experiencing are probably related to the java byte verify exploits and their variants. These exploits are the fault of the Microsoft Java VM implemenation and their inability to write secure code. Start using the secure Sun Java 1.5 VM.

I'm sure that I'm not the only person with this problem maybe we should give the a few bumps

BTW, once you've verified that you're using the Sun Java VM then you can start ignoring these byte verify variants that will continue to be caught by your firewall. They pose no threat whatsoever as they are targeting exploits in the Microsoft VM only.
