Brand new Acer laptop, model TM4002WLMi-XPP (http://www.acer.ca/acerpanam/page4.do?dau22.oid=6720&UserCtxParam=0&GroupCtxParam=0&dctx1=27&ctx1=CA&crc=2402741098)
It has been opened and some software installed to make sure everything is working fine, used for a few hours max.

Asking price is $1400.

Warranty is 1 year through Acer
Camera is broken atm, will get pics up asap but it is in perfect cosmetic condition and looks exactly like the one on the website.

In one of the pictures the keyboard seems to be "missing" does this have a wireless keyboard?

I think that was just a cover in between the keyboard and display that comes with laptops when you buy them. ;)
