It looks like Staples is now flagging any of the posted Staples coupons. I know this was done before but my friend told me about a coupon that he got from a salesrep that matched up with a coupon code here (well, the lady said some website.. so I imagine she meant here). The lady said to him that the coupons were not authorized to be posted here and he asked her "what does that have to do with my order". She said that unless he faxed her a copy of the coupon she wouldn't apply it!! Anyway, he eventually talked to head office and then someone else and got it resolved.
What I am wondering is if the physical coupons say "non-transferable" or something to that effect. Do they say "coupon must be surrendered at time of order" or something like that? He said he felt like he was being accussed of fraud or something.. However, he said the manager he eventually got to talk to was very nice about it.
