This heatsink DID fit on my Neo2 Plat with MSI's stock backplate. Won't fit on my incoming DFI board, and I picked up a XP-120. It just means I haven't used in a while. I'll be happy to test it out if anyone is interested. Its a USB hub, so I don't see how it could be broken now.
