I think he just has some time managment issues. Although I agree that you can easily lose track of time surfing RFD, I don't think that it is an obsession or addiction you cannot control.

You reached the first step already, man, - admitting you have a problem. It's the rest of us who are in denial, surfing several times daily, checking for new threads, postings, and what-not. {The what-not being the picture of someone's underarm the other day. :confused: } All I can say is:

that avg doesn't mean anything...i signed up 3 years ago and maybe 1.5 year i didn't post actively, just used BST forums, now i do or did about 20-30 posts a day and used to refresh every few minutes in between work...

i wouldn't mind wasting my time posting if there was some good content, but seriously, 50% of posts is either complaining about getting ripped off, "stooples" pm not filled, or some other stupid topic...see sig...

Not exactly.

Alot of people browse while at work(I do, although not as much recently).

But I'd say there's much more volume of posts in the evening.

Though I'd say the quality is better during the day. Quality kind of goes downhill in the evening.
