Ordered from them many times.
75% of the time I got nailed by customs for some stupid handling fee

Service itself is pretty good (although if the stuff is broken, you're shipping it back to them on your dime), they do respond to emails and the CSR's I've dealt with can actually communicate in english. Shipping is usually prompt (depends on which method you choose, obviously). Their shipping charges are average for import shops.

If you can get it cheaper elsewhere from other reputable sources (like success), go for it.

My personal fave is Play-Asia. http://www.play-asia.com
They have as much stock as Lik-Sang and they'll lower the customs value for you if you email them right after your order (sometimes they do it automatically too!). They also carry little cute Nintendo keychain toys which I just ordered a bunch of!

And mini instant noodles!

And I think you get a coupon included for your next order (I think lik-sang has the same also but sent via email)

It's Canada Post who charges $5 handling fee. Much better than the brokerage fees that UPS charges.
