I highly doubt that the car is in Russia. If you look at the pics, every single car is an American car. There is a Ford Windstar, a Ford Tempo, a Ford Focus, a Mercury Cougar, a few large pick-ups and a Camry right beside it. Not a Lada in sight. This could be Detroit. Hell, this could be Scarlem!! Just because the text is Russian and the car is European, does not mean it is in Russia.
