you have to change your postal code... and based on you being in waterloo, i'm guessing that you want to change it away from "Kitchener", to Waterloo... sorry, can't be done... for some reason, whatever software friendster uses dumps all KW postal codes into the "Kitchener" location.

totally agree. it was fun for, like, the first day or two b/c you could look for ppl to add to your list and write/read testimonials. but now i rarely sign on anymore.

i havent been on friendster for 1>yr but its kewl how U can find random ppl and see how U know them through maybe 2 degrees of separation of your friends or even 1.

I see friendster as more of a tool/utility than anything else.

I'm on there... it's pretty boring but once in awhile, I'll read one of my friend's profile and they got some new stuff on it... meh, it's just to past the time while you're at work or something.

I still use it because I found alot of old pals which I've lost contacts with. You know the friends u grew up with and stayed over... then u had moved and they moved and u know..

It's nice to see those buddies once again...

It's also a good way to see what 2nd degree+ hot friends you can potentially hook up with.

it's like a rip of AA.

used it like once and got old fast. it's a complete waste of time.

basically it's for chicks to show off, and guys to drool over hot girls.

Isn't friendster for u to scope out your friend's friend..and see who is hot and so on :D.

It is quite neat to see who u know also know your other friends....

People used to be so concerned about putting themselves into the public (public meaning their friends). I remember the time when I actually have to think of what to put into my icq info.

Now I just don't give a damn. With the savings I get from RFD, I don't need any friends anymore. My MSN info is blank, and my AA site is dead, along with a bunch of other personal websites. I don't even give out my phone number to anyone anymore.

U of T + MMORPG = not much social life.
