Hi, I have a CLT-J80

I have had this phone for almost 2 months now. I've been having a problem with the phone and that is whenever I use it after the battery is charged, there is this burning plastic smell. The smell is obnoxious; when I really sniffy it, my head gets realy dizzy.
I thought the smell might caused by a faulty batter so I swap a new batter but the smell persisted.
I would have returned the phone, but it has passed 30 days. BTW, I got this at <a href=../autolink/redirectpage.php?linkid=126 target=_blank>Radioshack</a>. Some might wonder why I didn't return it immediately after I discover the problem. The answer to that is that I thought the smell was normal hence most of new products contain plastic parts have a smell. So I didn't bother.
My question for the owners of this CLT-JX0 series out there is that do you have the same problem?
