I was just interested in getting digital cable for rogers and when I typed that up in a search engine I ran across filters for it. Has anyone ever tried one of these products? do they really work? i'm just curious now.
On some sites it says these filters removes the signal at a certain frequency so you won't get a blank screen.
Any comments or feedbacks?

From what I read about filters they are bogus... There are some that act as "traps" that use to prevent billing of pay per view movies... but, really, all they did was "Delay" billing and eventually the system would report that it hadn't received communication from the box and it would cut your service off. Some people received HUGE bills.
Regardless, stealing cable service is illegal and this will get locked if that is what you are looking for.
I suggest you edit your post to make it clear that you are just trying to find information about filters and how they work. Unless, you really do want to steal cable service. In that case, this isn't the place to ask ;)
