I've already got mine for my current job.
But I haven't gotten mine from my previous job yet.

Rev. canada has told me to give the companies until the middle of march before filing a complaint. You know snail mail.

The deadline for a company is feb 28 for them to send them out, but you may not end up receiving it until a few days later if they mail it at the last minute.
If you are ever missing a T4, you can call Revenue Canada after mid-March and ask them what T4's (or T5's, T3's etc.) they have on file for you already so that you don't end up missing one on your tax return that they already have and will end up reassessing you for.

Ended up receiving one end of March, and actually was sent a correction to my T4 in mid-April, that I had to re-file.

Of course you do. This is how you can get your GST tax credit.
Don't you want money from the government.

I am not sure if you are asking if you have to file a return, or if you have to include this income on a return you are filing anyway. Any income you earn worldwide is technically "reportable" on your return.
You do not have to file a tax return unless:
1. You have a balance owing
2. The government demands that you file one.
Knowing if you have a balance owing will probably require you to actually complete a return and calculate it. The consequences of not filing in other circumstances are that you will not receive any refunds coming to you whether from government tax credits (GST, Child tax benefit, provincial cost of living credits).
