LF: Modchip+Install for Slim PS2 (Preferably DMS4 Lite)

A friend of mine got a PS2 for Christmas and I recomemded him to get a Modchip for his PS2 to "backup" his games, so its rare in Ottawa to find someone to mod a Slim PS2. So im posting here...

We are in the Ottawa area and looking for a Modchip+Install for Slim PS2...
