A bit of an unusual sale.
I recently purchased a home primarily for the Land Value. I will be tearing down the home and re-building in the spring. I'm currently in the process of selling off some of the items. The windows in this home are fairly new and would save someone a tone of $$$. After doing some research, I found that the following windows retail new for over $3000 + taxes and install. I'm willing to sell all of them for $1000, or individually for the prices specified. Unfortunately, they do not fit the window openings in the new home I'm building. Here is the breakdown.
