I've been itching to ditch StarChoice and join Bell for a while now but after investing so much in StarChoice equipment, I figured I'd call up Bell and see if they have any promotional deals like Rogers has for people who want to switch from satellite to their service. (Note: Rogers is not in my area or I'd switch to them). Any how, so the rep at ExpressVu tells me they only have deals for people wanting to switch from cable since cable is their competitor, StarChoice is not. Now after five minutes of explaining the definition of the word competiton, he still insisted ExpressVu does not compete with StarChoice.
Anyone have any idea why they wouldn't consider StarChoice a competitor?
