I never thought of that site supporting P2P, I'm more-so looking for programs like "Napster", this isn't for me, but a friend with little knowledge of the internet. I seem to be doing everyones dirty work, heh.

Ahh, I see. I never use it, so I don't know... I'm looking particularly for a p2p program for dummies, i.e. napster-like.

There are many good p2p programs out there. At the same there are some that include spyware etc so read the fine print before downloading. As for buying music at retail stores that is starting to be not the thiing to do.Music companys are now perfering to use systems such as itunes, napster, puretracks.I t a bit cheaper plus you can pick the songs you want.

And it used to be, record companies - they give you artists who write songs with more than ONE good song on an album. You're lucky to get that anymore. And they wonder why P2P is going so hard....

Do you mean to download Mp3's? Well I think Kazaa (lite) is still the leader for Mp3's. Best selection and ease of use.

Used it lately? They've (agents of the evil RIAA) been filling it with crap, bogus files are everywhere. I mean that literally.

No doubt! Shareaza! Its open source, no ads, no spyware, lean mean program that connects to 3 networks and even has built in .torrent support!
Can't go wrong with that!
