Anyone shopped here before? I'm a little concerned about getting a refurbished product. What kind of warranty do they have?

Let's just say you're lucky if you get a box when you buy something here. Expect good deals but don't expect too much customer service.

It's 30 day warranty I think. The stuff is usually really low quality and really refurbished. I bought a DVD player from them the other year and had to exchange it three times (and the final one I kept doesn't work, but I got fed up going back and forth). All sales are final.

Just bought an office chair there.. went home and assembled it, seems fine. It'll serve its purpose - you pay what you get, but you can't beat the price..

I have bought many things from there and only have returned a cordless phone.

bought the RCA 27" TV from there 2 yrs ago boxing day and still going strong
