Nice try, but you're wrong. MS, MS Pro may not be as prominent as SD & CF, but they are still going strong. Every Sony & Sony-Ericsson product uses them.

its a pain, try finding a 512 Memory Stick DUO Pro....... my dad wound up buying one overseas, still cost three times more than an equivalent SD card...

Used a sonystyle coupon I found in the forums, and got a Sony 512meg Pro for $114 shipped. DEFINITELY not cheap, but best I could find this morning.
