if anyone knows when your shoes are defective and you send them to the Nike Company...how long it takes to get back to you...

I experienced turn around times as short as a week. Usually, you're looking at 10-15 days. They've really tightened up on their policies, so make sure your shoes are really legit; too many people were abusing the system.

Im often waiting 6months plus, until i have to email nike canada and they give me a single person to talk to.

always get the excuse they dont have that style/price range in stock at the moment.

ya last year i waited about 7 months and for some odd reason my bro gets his in about a week...
