.co.jp.....well obvisouly a Japanese site but you can look at the pics.:) Not sure if it'd work with NES cart though. Did it have the same deal like SFC/SNES?.....the whole different shape cover deal that wouldn't let you plug in it without converter/taking out the case. Anyway, it looks so and the battery life isn't great though.....3hr with 3 AAA batteries. The extra two button is for rapid fires. So Nintendo doesn't care about this or what?.....guess they probably fine since they did alot of port for GBA as FC/NES collections.....

I believe you had to clip off some of the cartridge edges to get the Famicom cartridges to fit (same as the snes/super fami).
What's the point? You can play NES stuff on the GBA if you want after all this console version is illegal :cheesygri

hmm ... how much does it retail for? My sister is in Japan now, maybe she can pick one up :cheesygri
I see that their copy NES system called "Neo Fami" sells for around $40 US on ebay ..

Says it plays both NES and Famicom carts with the Neo FC Converter. Good for game testing I guess since it's top loading and won't suffer from the blinking problems.
Not sure why these other models are not on eBay ... what's the difference? I can't read japanese ...

Oh, and do you think these will be cheaper in HK or Japan by the way?

The links shows those two aren't any different except were limited production with special color schemes. No idea if HK would have them cheaper since I don't even know if it's really by a Japanese company or not.:)

What was that code again? I don't remember what that's for eventhough I remember it also :cheesygri I never had Contra but I thought it was already a two-player game?
I think i'm getting it confused with the one from Street Fighter 2, which was also popular.

Street Fighter 2 on SNES was Down, R, Up, L, Y, B
