How to use Priceline for bidding for travel packages

do you guys know how to use priceline?

i find the site confusing...don't know even where to start.

and it seems like the site is geared towards american departure sites?

I think you might have to be in the US to use it.

Check the website,it might say only for US customers.

Priceline is also for Canadians. I've used it many times for hotels but have not used it for complete travel packages.
