Legend of Earthsea TV movie?

I've never read the books myself, but I saw that they're making a TV movie (3 parts) of the 1st book or something.

Now before you point and call me a huge geek, Kristin Kreuk is in it. :cheesygri

So I was wondering if anyone's seen this and if it's worth watching?

The IMDB boards basically say that the movie was very poorly adapted...but they don't really mention Kristin Kreuk

It was poorly adapted yes. It looked to be low budget and was hardly worth the time watching :(

:cry: when did you watch it? I actually wanted to see it, but it seems to be a US only thing, so I'm downloading it now :confused:

The book was pretty good, and the movie seems to be loosely based on it, but it has kristin kreuk, so whattehey! :D

I downloaded it before BT closed down... It'll be very hard to get shows like this now with all the big torrent sites closing.
