Can't seem to find any solid reviews on the Net. Wondering if anyone has had any experiences with them. I just purchased the SS-LAC305ED Center Channel and love it. Sounds great wondering if the other Sat's are the same...
Thanks

Generally Sony stuff is slightly overpriced and overhyped. And also keep in mind that sony is NOT known for their speakers.. put two and two together... then you know why there aren't many user reviews for them... coz nobody's buying them...
How much you pay for it? If under $200, then doesn't really matter, most speakers under that price sound pretty much the same. If more, there are more options you could go for that are cheaper and better than the Sony's.

have to agree with the above.
If you like the sound, go with it, but in general, Sony has very little credibility as speaker makers.

Fair enough, But in there defense, this apparantly is one of there top of the line speakers. Neodymium tweeters, magnesium casing, blah blah...

Sony's all mid-range. There's only one high-end Sony headphone (and no speakers). - Qualia 010
Otherwise, you go for the better speaker manufacturers and headphone manufacturers... shure/etymotic
Let's put it this way - even lowly futureshop doesn't carry Sony speaker sets - they're all HTIB packs. Just goes to show how little Sony is liked in the speaker world. Go to any audiophile forum and get ready to be laughed right back out

Every now and then Sony amazes me when they bring out something unexpected.
About 10 years ago they came out with a few speaker in a very nice wood veneer and had a triangular shape to them ....they got GREAT reviews.
Seems like they don't want to do that anymore though.
