its not BRAND NEW anymore if you OPENED the box and touched everything with your filthy hands.

if you were gonna sell it, why did you bother opening it, did you want to rub it all over your body and then try to sell it to the next unsuspecting victim

the ipod is only brand new when its brand new, not when you opened the box and used it for a short while.
