How do you unlock everything in GTA: Vice City XBOX?

If you mean unlock access to the entire city, once you pass around 8 to 10 missions you will unlock the blocked bridges and have access to the entire city.

You also can't buy certain buildings until certain missions have been passed even if you have the money.

Consult an FAQ for the details, do a Google search. Someone tell me if what I've said is incorrect as I never got that far in Vice City, only to about mission 10 or 12.
