I am starting to feel that a member I bought something from on here has no intention of delivering on the goods. I am getting the run around and it has been over 2 weeks. I got a tracking number that was not valid and a promise of an e-mail to look into it was not sent. I don't want to ruin anyone's reputation but I have been a member here a long time and I just don't have a good feeling about this transaction anymore. I think I will give the guy another day to make good then take an appropriate course of action. Who should I PM about this? Is there any particular mod that handles these things? What information do I need to give? What will be done and what are the chances of getting my mechandise or my money back? Am I allowed to make a post to get other people to share information about this person with me? If a mod/admin and or someone who has dealt with this situation before could reply it would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys.

If you PM any of the mods (JayPatel, dealforme, JLunar, etc.) they should be able to help with the matter. Be sure to provide as much information as possible to make it easier for us to help you.

Well, I've PM'ed 3 of the mods so far and no-one has gotten back to me yet.

Take my advice! If I were you I will be yelling and scream to all authorities! paypal / cc / everybody!
Don't wait too long, if you have some sort of proof that this is a potential dud, go report it. you can always take the bad feedback back, but there are time limit on most things for reporting. Found out the hard way!

It might be due to the weekend, at any rate, can you send it to me and Ryan and we'll follow up on it. Thanks.

Sorry man, thought I responded to your PM earlier in the day. Any rate, send over your communications details with the individual to us.
Seems trolling activity has started to increase again here on the boards.
