Anyone work for WESTJET?

does anyone work in Westjet here? I'm doing a project on how westjet compensate their employees. I got lots of info off their website, but I just wanted some employee's view about the compensation, benefits, is it useful or what not.

Greatly appreciate any feedback! This is anomynous and I would not reveal any personal information.
