$2,500 - $5,000 = 1.0%

Added Bonus of 0.5% if you carry balance (so you could get upto 2.5% cash rebates)

UPDATE 2007-08-30:

This is interesting, I was just trying to figure out where to switch to after they killed off Accelerator Plus, hmm. Any funny conditions, or just that? Any idea about side benefits like rental insurance, etc?

Also, when you say "carry a balance", any idea if there's a minimum balance you can carry, or can you just pay off 99% of your bill and carry $10?

[EDIT] and how did you find out about this card?

Should you have spendings of $5000 each month?
It's not so easy.

I tried this once with my VISA - I mean paying off not the whole 100%. Got to pay interest for the whole amount next time, as the condition for not paying the interest is to pay balance in full. (It's usually not that simple to outsmart a financial institution )

No, this has better rate than Costco Amex which I also have.

This is what I scanned in 2005 (used in another thread here) when I got the invitation and applied for the card.

That says "no annual fee".

There are a few people here also have this card.

They also told me that there is a $75 annual fee, but when after they checked, they found out there is no annual fee. When I applied for it, I was told clearly that there is no annual fee.
