it probably says something like.... "... some restrictions apply"

It saids:

(Just kidding)

This is what it looks like top me, but I'm not entirely sure:

"Markdowns taken from regular prices. Excludes out of stock, clearance, demos, and open box."

the 'taken from' may be something else. But I think that's basically what it says.
