Ability To Subscribe To Forum

Hi there,

I was wondering if their is a way (I have not seen the option) that a user can subscribe to a forum and then receive email notifications of when their have been new posts to the forum that the user has subscribed to?

I have seen it on other forums but have not seen a similar option here.

Yeah, click on the red "Thread Tools" drop down menu to subscribe to a thread. To make sure you get email notifications, go to user cp, then edit options, and select the email notifications to thread subscriptions.

I think that CurtisMinBC is referring to obtaining an email when new topics are posted in a forum, instead of replies to a specific thread.

I don't believe that this function exists, but you can use the search tools to view all new posts and topics in a particular (or all) forum, since you last visited the website.
