Wow.. you sure sound bitter over past experiences. Let it go, man. It's quite the generalization to apply your judgement across the entire travel industry based on a single bad experience that you had.

I used itravel2000 in March this year to book a trip to Mayan Riveria. I did my own research, before choosing to book with itravel2000.

I call them to make sure I get all the bells and whistles that they were promising on the website (free overnight hotel and 8 day parking) before I made the reservation online.

I even took screen shots of what they promised online, and emailed it to the agent whom I spoke with. Just to cover myself.

I got everything they advertised, and had a wonderful vacation.
