I often see them chatting in the lobby while a huge line is waiting to get in, or inside the theatre fooling around and thrrowing stuff. It's the manger's fault. The best cleanest theatres I've been to, the manager is leading the minimum wage drones from theatre to theatre, and wielding a mop himself. In the dirty theatres, the managers are hiding out in the office while the staff mopes instead of mops. It's bad for business too. If you get everyone seated early, they have more time to purchase profitable concession snacks. 90% of movie theatres are misrun nowadays.
