PriceCanada.com 1st Anniversary Xbox 360 Bundle Contest Rules
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To enter this contest forum users must post in the "PriceCanada.com 1st Anniversary Post and Win" forum thread and post the 2500th, 5000th, 7500th, or 10000th message in that thread.
2. Users can post a maximum of 150 messages to the thread. If a user exceeds that number, they will be disqualified.
3. The contest will begin at 3:00PM EST on December 11th, 2006 and ends when the 10000th post is made to the "PriceCanada.com 1st Anniversary Post and Win Contest!" forum thread.
4. A purchase is not necessary to enter the contest.
5. Users who attempt to cheat or otherwise disrupt the running of this contest will be banned permanently from the forums at the discretion of the site administrators.
DRAWING & NOTIFICATION
1. The user who posts the 2500th, 5000th, 7500th, or 10000th message will win prizes as follows:

2. The winning post must contain an anniversary message to PriceCanada.com.
3. The winners will be contacted by the e-mail address provided in his or her account. If the eligible entrant does not respond to the email within 7 days, he/she will be deemed to be no longer eligible to win the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from qualifying entries and the process of contacting a new selected entrant will be repeated.
4. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
5. After having been selected as the winner, the winners must provide their shipping address and name to receive their prize.
GENERAL RULES
1. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are residing in Canada. If a winner has not reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, the parent or guardian must claim the prize.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter to win.
3. By entering the contest, the winners consent to the use without payment of their name, address, and/or photograph and any publicity, advertising or promotion carried out by RedFlagDeals.com and/or its advertising & promotional agencies.
4. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.
5. The contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by RedFlagDeals.com. If RedFlagDeals.com suspects that fraud has occurred, it reserves the right to treat any affected entries as invalid.
