I have a 1000 MS word files but am looking for a way to look for text contained within the files. Eg. "scooter"
Any ideas? Thanks |

heres something u can try
open one of the word file, drag the rest into the word document, that'll combine all files into one word document. then Ctrl + F your keyword. i just tested it works, u might lag because its alot of documents.

Doesn't Windows Search or Google Search work for this purpose?
or the old press F3 when you're in the folder and search for "files containing" the keyword you want
