Default Expired?

This deal was posted previously, but the code had expired. Seems like it now takes you to the signup page. However, proceed with caution since the card product information page states that:

"Your completed Application, and each Balance Transfer request, must be received by September 28, 2006, to qualify for this balance transfer offer."

Here's a web site that lists a buch of credit cards with 0% balance transfers

http://creditcards.com/balance-transfer.php

I just did the citibank transfer for 12 months no interest. I plan on checking back at that site in 12 months to get another balance transfer until my line of credit is all paid off!

Yeah, I wish we have similiar sites for Canadian Credit Card.

I'm still enjoying the 0% transfer from Citi bank and using the money for investment purpose. I also got a letter from Citi bank last week to increase my credit limit. They may have figured out that they can't make money on my card and want me to use the extra credit for purchases.

they probably sent you the increase because the balance transfer put you near your credit limit. a lot of card companies will automatically increase your limit if you are near the credit limit already.

I just replaced .COM with .CA, but didn't try it yet.

If you're just looking to pay down some debt then who cares if it's an American card or not? Actually, if you're looking to pay off debt, the less places you can use the card, the better off you'd be!

I applied before the end of last month and got the approval last week. I requested the transfer yesterday and the 0% until August 2007 still applies.

Oh, I don't care if it is american or not, just was unaware that we could qualify for these since they aren't in Canada.

I tried that site and it works. They do have some 0% cards listed, but when I clicked on the cards, it takes you to the card's web site, I tried a few of them and couldn't find any card with 0%...

If anyone tries it has any luck finding another 0% card, post the linky here...

Did anyone confirm if we need to activate the card before using the 0% BT cheque? I received the card and the 0% BT cheques, but don't really want to go through the hassle of activating (talking to all those reps trying to upsale you something)

Thanks.

What is the billing cycle on this card? I can't remember the exact day I did by BT but I still have not received a bill yet.
