Should you decide that you have no further use for the program and want to cancel, it is pretty simple to do so. Just call At Home at 1-866-847-7885 and tell the rep that you would like to cancel your membership. This cancellation will be effective immediately! There are a few things to note though when canceling. First and most importantly, if you have ordered gift cards during the month and have not yet received your refund to your credit card for the purchase, and you cancel before getting the refunds you will not receive them. Let me repeat that: Cancel while you are waiting for a refund to your credit card and you will not get them. Confused? Re-read the “How It Works” section of the guide. Secondly, you will receive a pro-rated refund. This means if you cancel in the middle of the membership month you will receive a 50% refund of that month’s membership fee. So don’t worry about canceling right at the end of a membership month. Third, any rebates you sent away and have not yet received back, as well as any rebates you still must send away for are forfeit. Remember what I said about the rebates, they are worth at least $270 annually, which more than covers your membership fee.
