RedFlagDeals.com Back to School 2008 Contest Rules TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. To enter the contest, individuals must fill in all required fields on the RedFlagDeals.com Back to School 2008 Contest Entry Form. 2. One Entry Form per person. Persons found to be submitting multiple Entry Forms will be disqualified. 3. The contest will begin at 12:01AM EST on July 31st, 2008 and ends at 11:59PM EST on September 8th, 2008. 4. A purchase is not necessary to enter the contest. 5. Limit of one completed Entry Form per person. 6. To receive additional entries you can use the Refer-a-Friend function after you submit your Entry to tell your friends about the giveaway. Each time you email a different friend who then completes the Entry Form you'll receive an additional entry in the draw, up to a maximum of 6 entries. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION 1. On September 15th, 2008, one valid entry will be randomly selected to win the grand prize, their choice of an Apple Macbook 13.3" 2.4GHZ Core 2 Duo 160GB (Superdrive) White OR an iMac 20" LCD 2.4G 1GB 250GB Ati 2400XT 128MB Bt W/REMOTE System courtesy of Compu2000.com. 2. On September 15th, 2008, eight valid entries will be randomly selected to win one of two iPod classic 80GB, one of three iPod Shuffles, and one of three iPod Nanos 4GB courtesy of Compu2000.com 3. The winners will be contacted by the e-mail address provided on his or her entry. If the eligible entrant does not respond to the email within 7 days, he/she will be deemed to be no longer eligible to win the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from qualifying entries and the process of contacting a new selected entrant will be repeated. 4. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. 5. The giveaway closing date will be September 8th, 2008. 6. After having been selected as the winner, the winners must provide their shipping address to receive their prize. GENERAL RULES 1. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are residing in Canada, and who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. 2.
