I ordered 9 shower gels from them and received them + 2 free gifts and received them 2 days later! Very fast shipping. I also like the idea of the deferred payment, they won't charge my credit card for 90 days.

I have been ordring from Yves Rochers for several years and the majority of their products are at least "drugstore" and is not even great quality. (there are a few lousier ones, but they seem to constantly be trying to make new products and improve). There are always good sales online and instore, usually some 1/2 price items or a 2 for 1 deal going on- they are never without their sales, freebies and bonuses because they want to keep the customers coming back! (makes sense they are a business :) Shipping is usually quite good as they always have free shipping with a min order- sometimes $30 or $47 depending on the promotion. The free shipping is great and is UPS I think, the also use Expresspost for smaller orders. My issue is that it is impossible to get Express post on a free shipping order- I am not home all day and the shipping depot is over 1 hour from my house. While Expresspost gets dropped off at the local post office right beside my house or else in my condo community mailbox. Overall I enjoy Yves Rocher products and have been using them 15 years so far!

Good Place to shop when sales are on

I have been a customer of Yves Rocher for over ten years and I love and trust their products. There is always something new coming out so it never gets dull. Most of the stuff I use is quite expensive (e.x. $50 for face cream) BUT they have great 50% off sales all the time so there really isn't a need to stock up. At times I have had to enter my shipping info two or three times before it confirmed it, but all my orders have arrived fast and without problems. Good customer service support too in case you have questions or concerns.

Although these are not premier quality products, they are VERY GOOD products. The thing that stands out about this company is their customer service. Although I have had 2 problems with Internet orders, when I placed a call to the 1-800# they were very helpful and resolved my issue (in one instance they had sent the wrong "free gift", and allowed me to keep it and sent out the correct one). They have their 50% off sale so often that you NEVER need to pay full price for your products. Note: if you use a "promo code", always check your final bill as they sometimes make an "adjustment" to your online order if their system isnt "aware" of the code ... a phone call will take care of the problem and it is worth it for the price)

Love 2-for-1 sales ! I always get the shower gels in bulk. That way I can get the free shipping & bonus gifts. Plus these gels won't expiry anytime soon. Better to buy at regular price or at store.
