Comment:Over the last couple of years, I have placed a number of orders through Sportmart.ca and they have all arrived as expected, no drama - nothing to complain or compliment. My most recent order, things got a bit wonky. I had ordered a couple of things, and one of the items showed up in the correct box, but the item was not the correct model - it was a really low end model in a high end box. I thought...oh man I'm pissed! Then I thought, great they might try and argue with me that I'm trying to scam them. Anyway, fired off an email to Sportmart, and the next day, Jeff Kloubek emailed me and said I could go to a local store, exchange it for the correct one, and he would credit my CC $10 for the hassle!! Now THAT is making things right!
