I've ordered over 5 orders from Sears in the past 3 months online and each time the item was delivered, except with only one item (I got an item a week later but no panic, Customer support notified me)... I've recieved - clothes, Kitchen appliances/accessories, and odds and ends. Calling customer service has been very kind and helpful with any of my questions and concerns. They honour crediting you if you find same item cheaper elsewhere or on their site after a few weeks! Email customer service is a bit slow but still good. In store is just as good but this review is online and yes I will go back especially with RFD coupons!

I ordered a perfume on line. delivered wrong item. customer service was not helpful. they didnt replace it for me !! I am not satisfied at all.

Don't ever shop online with Sears

I have ordered a PS2 console with Sears because I can apply the $10 off $100 coupon to it - worst decision ever! I've placed the order on Nov 27 and expected to get my order today - but order still hasn't been shipped. Try to contact customer service to cancel the order and buy from somewhere else - they have escalated the call twice to higher levels and what they told me in the end is they can't cancel the order because it's already in the system (how dumb it is!). They only told me to return the order when I received it if I decide to buy somewhere else for Christmas. It's also the worst customer service I haven't seen for a long time. Bottom line: I don't think I'll shop at Sears again (at least online).

I ordered cloth diaper for toddler(most expensive one) 323 010 121 10, when I opened the package it comes with the classic infant diper(the cheapest one). That item not even sold online. What the ****.....
