I've made many purchases from HMV.. They have great prices (and wonderful sales) on DVDs.. Their delivery prices/speed is great.. I usually purchase their DVDs when they are on sale.. and definately would prefer purchasing from HMV over any other online site..

I wanted the Radiohead boxset and "In Rainbows" and knew I wouldn't get a chance to go buy it in store (live in a rural area), so I just ordered it online and got it very fast. (And saved $37 on the boxset!) I placed my order on a Saturday, it was shipped on the next business day, and I had it 3 days later! Much faster shipping than other online retailers, and best of all it was completely free since it was over $39.

I ordered a Nintendo DS Lite. Few days later i cancelled the order using their online system, recieved a confirmation soon after. Few days after I got an email saying my item has shipped, so i sent off an email or two asking them why and what was up. No responce. Not a big problem, lets email them again, no responce. I am going to start a chargeback to resolve.
