Good prices, excellent quality, ships even faster than stated on web site, usually arrives at doorstep within a couple of days. Never had to deal with customer support online, but they are very good in-store.

I've been a member for 5 years and love to shop for their online specials. They have great prices, most of the time delivery is included and products are usually faster than what they state in their product pages, at least for downtown Toronto. I've purchased at least 10 times from them and never had a complain. And their return policy is unbeatable. No question asked, except to know if the product was damaged.

UPS screwed up the delivery. Request for refund taking forever... It's been 1.5 month they haven't refunded my CC.... The WORST online shopping I've experienced!!... BEWARE!!....

I have ordered numerous times with costco.ca and have always been impressed. I ordered my couch from costco.ca and the delivery was way before the quoted timeframe but they called to set up an appointment. Friendly service, efficient website, good prices, great quality . . . and no, I don't work for Costco even though I wrote such a great review ; )
