Just wanted to share my experience with this company. Recently, I bought CD cases from them. When I got my order, 2 of the cases have a blade cut on the side. I brought this matter to their attention through email and I immediately got a response. The customer service representative I dealt with is very professional and addressed my concern. He/She, from the head office sent me the replacement to the damaged cases even after their warehouse distributor rejected the claim. I commend the company for their amazing commitment in providing their client great service and satisfaction. I definitely would be doing more business with them in the future.
