the worst experince ever

had my phone hooked up 7 weeks ago service was a hit and if it would work called sympatico twice a month a techs out for the wiring out side the building 9 times after bacially no service for 6weeks they offerd me a credit of 5 days at 34 cents a day no joke than the billing department phoned to asked me about my outstanding bill what a joke

Bell Sympatico Internet Sucks!

I hope this rating would help Sympatico users avoid this kind of problem that I had with Bell's poor services. I decided to cancel Bell Sympatico internet service effective on Nov 23 2007 (Bell needed 30 days to cancel as I called them on Oct 24, 2007) so I can sign with another internet serivce provider and also returned the modem at the Bell World store. In Dec 2007 I called Sympatico again to find out why they still charged me for the internet service and they told me not to worry as they will credit me back when their system put the cancel order through. However, I still got charge for the monthly amount in Jan 2008. I called Bell again and I was re-assured by the customer service rep that Bell would credit me back. My family went through some hard times in the last 4 months so I didn't have a chance to look at my bills thinking that Bell would come through for me, but I was wrong. So I called Bell today to clear the mess and hoped to get the credits back. After 1 hour of long discussion with Bell account rep and the supervisor, they could only give me a partial credit back because my account was active in Jan 2008. I did what I had to do from my end and Bell still wanted to charge me for their mistakes and poor services. This is exactly why I switched to another ISP and I soon will switch my Expressvu and home phone to Rogers.
