Worst Online Service Ever! They should shut down!

Comment:
Ordered April 3, finally received confirmation that the items have been sent APRIL 28! only charged 3 of the 4 iterms so i am expecting 3 items only and dunno which one is missing. They charged my Credit Card april 30ish...gave me reference code to track that is not working on UPS and on their website. Sent email to them, no response. May 11, still nothing I now sent an email to UPS. gonna call them in the near future!

Ordering online is an awful experience

Comment:
1st order: Cancelled. No reason given. I inquire why. The reply was a lie: "We were unable to obtain billing address verification from your credit card issuing bank." I called PCF Mastercard and they said they saw the charge attempt and there were no problems at all. 2nd order on March 30: A few of the items I originally tried to order were out of stock, but I still ordered 3 of them. Confirmation email shows prices for all 3 items, yet only lists the names of 2. No reply about it. 4/28, order finally ships. 5/5 receive order, but only 1 item in it (at least I was only charged for 1 item). I *think* a % of the coupon was still applied to the item. Their website is also quite broken; links sometimes don't work.

They can't handle volume

Their stuff are expensive and when they are on sale, they cant handle the volume of shoppers. Their site shuts down, and orders don't get processed in time (credit card company cancels your order). Dont bother complaining either. All they do is apologize for your inconvenience and do nothing at all. It's an automatically generated signature that apologizes to you. Overall: 0.1/5 Website: 2 min to get from page to page, then site shuts down while I tried to order. Delivery: never arrived Product and expectations: never arrived Support: like talking to a wall Selection: limited Prices: If they outsource labour from China, then they must be paid $20 dollars an hour. Either that or Armani's making a killing. Shipping Options: never arrived

Do not buy from armani exchange online

The first time my order got cancelled with no explanation nor any notification. This time, I checked online and yesterday the order status still said that the order has been confirmed and will be shipped soon, and it says "in stock, ships in 24 hours". I placed my order on the 10th, and when I checked online again today, it says that my order has been "partially shipped", but I've only ordered 1 item so how can it be "partially shipped"? In the end, I called customer service again, and they said that the item is not in stock now. First, it should not take 10 days for the inventory department to update their status online. Second, at least NOTIFY the customer. When I asked the representative on the phone how come they didn't notify me, he said that they didn't notify me so I would call them. What kind of explanation is that??? This is just ridiculous AGAIN. I was hoping that last time it was merely a random mistake, but after this time, I seriously think that the AX online ordering system is just garbage. I love AX's products, and the customer service INSTORE is fabulous! Sadly, the online ordering service just makes me hate AX. Many of my friends love AX too, but after hearing my experience, none of them would ever buy from AX again.
