Calling all Canucks fans -- The BoatHouse Restaurant bar wants you to join their Penalty Box Club. Club members receive a free $20 bar tab after they watch five Canucks games (and spend $25+ per visit) at The BoatHouse bar.
Visit a BoatHouse bar to become a member, once you've signed up you'll be given a stamp card. For every game visit where you spend a minimum of $25 you'll be given a stamp -- on your fifth visit you'll get a $20 bar tab. Or, collect 30 stamps and you'll get two Canucks tickets with dinner before the game!

Even though the request form lists the Canadian provinces are included in the drop-down menu, the form does not accept Canadian postal codes in the zip code field. You can either include your postal code in the city field and fill the zip code field with zeros or just use the download option to get the book as a PDF.
