TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To enter the contest, individuals must submit a valid store rating to the RedFlagDeals.com Store Ratings Section between July 16th, 2008 and 11:59PM EST on August 31st, .
2. There is no limit to the number of entries provided that each entry is unique and valid.
3. A bonus entry will be awarded for each valid review submitted for stores with less than 5 reviews in the Store Ratings section at the time of their submission.
4. The contest will begin at 12:01AM EST on July 16th, 2008 and ends at 11:59PM EST on August 31st, 2008.
5. A purchase is not necessary to enter the contest.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION
1. On September 8th, 2008, one valid entry will be randomly selected to win the grand prize, a prize package featuring a Coach Handbag.
If the eligible entrant does not respond to the email within 7 days, he/she will be deemed to be no longer eligible to win the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from qualifying entries and the process of contacting a new selected entrant will be repeated.
2. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
3. The giveaway closing date will be August 31st, 2008.
4. After having been selected as the winner, the winners must provide their shipping address to receive their prize.
