The Source: Microsoft Zune 120GB $230, Sennheiser MX500/MX400/MX75 Earphones All $20 Each
After a very hot deal for a Pink Garmin 250 GPS yesterday that sold out in a matter of hours (a $99.99 price will do that!), the Source is back with some more appealing offers. They currently have a nice selection of Sennheiser headphones at good prices, as well as the 120GB Microsoft Zune for $229.99.
Note that the Zune is available for online pre-order only. Fortunately, you can have items shipped to store free for local pickup. The Sennheiser earphones don't appear to be available online currently, so check store availability if you're interested in picking up a pair.

Overstock.com Launches Canadian Shipping—Good Deals, Decent Shipping Rates
Overstock.com now ships to Canada! They sell a big range of products -- everything from curtains to watches to clothes and shoes (including some very cute Patent Leather Ballet Flats for just $19). There are tons of bargains in a broad range of categories so it's definitely worth giving the site a look.
We notice that they've done a couple of things well: for one, products that cannot be shipped to Canada are labelled as such right on the product page. Many US-based stores are much less clear about what can and cannot be shipped to Canada and will not let you know until you are nearly done with the check-out process. They're also really clear about the final cost of shipping the product and they lay out the shipping, tax, and tariffs well in advance of the final payment screen.

Costco.ca: ViewSonic N3752W 720p 37” LCD HDTV $599.99
September 15 Update: The TV is back in stock and it's still a good deal!
Here's a pretty good looking deal from Costco.ca if you're in the market for a mid sized LCD TV that won't set you back too much money - the ViewSonic N3752W 720p 37" LCD HDTV for $599.99. This unit has a 2 year warranty since Costco extends the warranties to 2 years.
The $599.99 price tag is for Costco members. Non members will pay a 5% surcharge, but even so, it still looks like a pretty good deal.
User reviews for this unit over at NewEgg.com on average look pretty positive.

Leasebusters.com: Take Over A Car Lease or Get Out of An Existing One
LeaseBusters.com is a service that allows you to take over a car lease or to get rid of one. A lease take over means someone assumes the balance of an existing vehicle lease belonging to the original customer. In most cases, the original lease package is a new vehicle lease executed by the original customer and the lease-take-over transaction transfers all the original terms, conditions and parameters of the original lease to the replacement customer. With Lease Busters to facilitate the process, you can avoid hefty early lease terminations expenses. Many available lease-take-overs from Leasebusters.com will even give you a lease payment or payments in cash as an added incentive. The fact that you can take over a lease without paying upfront fees for a new lease, and the possibility of cash incentives makes for potential good deals.
If instead of looking to take over a lease you are looking to get out of one, Leasebusters.com offers services for that as well. Visit Leasebusters.com to find out more.

September 20 Update: It's a Friday afternoon. So if you're looking for something to do this evening, tickets to the ROM are half price from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM!
There are two great ways to see the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto for cheap (or free!) each week:
- On Wednesdays, general admission to the museum is free from 4:30 until the museum closes at 5:30.
- On Fridays, admission is half-price from 4:30 until the museum closes at 9:30.
Tickets for adults are $20 and for students, $17, so the savings available on Wednesday and Friday afternoons are pretty significant.

During 2009, Get Free Admission To Disneyland Or Walt Disney World On Your Birthday
Here's a hot deal if you've got a Disney Vacation planned -- or even if you don't! For Free Admission to either Walt Disney World or Disneyland on your birthday, simply register yourself (and your kids, too, if you want. Children 13+ can register on their own, but kids younger than 13 need someone 18+ to register them).
We suggest registering now -- when your birthday approaches you'll receive a confirmation email to print out and bring to the park with you. Free Admission runs all of 2009, from January 1 2009 to December 31, 2009. And of course, you'll have to bring proper ID (and your confirmation message) to the Main Entrance ticket booths with you on your birthday. Offer is valid for US and Canadian residents only.
Big thanks to forum poster andycraven for spotting this hot deal.

Free Game: Lumines for PC
In a move obviously meant to destroy productivity everywhere, Q Entertainment and WildGames have brought the stupendously popular puzzle game Lumines to the PC for free (the game was originally released for the Sony PSP). If you're unfamiliar with the title, Lumines is a falling block puzzle game that links your ability to clear away blocks with the music. If it sounds a little crazy, don't worry - it is, and it's glorious.
The free version is ad-supported, so on startup you will watch a short commercial before the game starts. There are no ads during gameplay, however. The game installation will include WildTangent software (their gaming service), which claims to be spyware free "guaranteed". Really though, your real worry is getting completely hooked. The game just might be more addictive than gummi bears and cigarettes combined, so be warned!

VistaPrint.com Offers Personalized Sticky Notes and Rubber Address Stamps for Free*
Listen up, small business owners: as you know, the hardest part of getting started with a small business is making a name for yourself. And the truth is, the more often people see your business name and information, the more likely they are to remember next time they're in need of some snow plowing or copy-editing or consulting services. Fortunately, VistaPrint.com has some great sticky notes for FREE (just pay the cost of shipping). You will probably find yourself using them again and again -- attaching one to your customer invoice with a short personalized note, using another to convey an appointment time. (We are particularly fond of putting sticky notes on the pages of our day timer to remind us of appointments. Imagine if all your customers did that with your personalized notes. Hello, free advertising!)
VistaPrint.com is also offering its personalized rubber stamp for free with the cost of shipping. Anyone who's written their return address on a couple hundred envelopes knows what a time-saver these can be. And hey, if you're not a small business owner, get the notes and stamp anyway: what's not to love about personalized stuff?
