Overstock.com Launches Canadian Shipping—Good Deals, Decent Shipping Rates
Overstock.com now ships to Canada! They sell a big range of products -- everything from curtains to watches to clothes and shoes (including some very cute Patent Leather Ballet Flats for just $19). There are tons of bargains in a broad range of categories so it's definitely worth giving the site a look.
We notice that they've done a couple of things well: for one, products that cannot be shipped to Canada are labelled as such right on the product page. Many US-based stores are much less clear about what can and cannot be shipped to Canada and will not let you know until you are nearly done with the check-out process. They're also really clear about the final cost of shipping the product and they lay out the shipping, tax, and tariffs well in advance of the final payment screen.

These coupon codes come and go very quickly though, so you'll want to be quick about it!
Elsewhere, Staples is once again has Z-Line Designs Glass office furniture at sale prices. The ever popular Z-line Legacy Glass L-shaped Computer Desk is available for for $119.99 and the matching Z-Line Designs Legacy Glass Bookcase is $79.96. The desk is about $40 off regular price, while the bookcase is about $20 off. They look like good purchases if you need new some new office furniture for school or business purposes. Cheap Long Distance from Telehop: $1 For Unlimited Minutes (Per Call) In Canada or 25¢ For 15 Mins.
Dial around long distance services are nothing new but low phone rates are always nice. Telehop has a couple of good specials, including a flat-fee $1.00 for unlimited minutes (per call) within Canada when you dial 10-10-620 before your call as well as in-Canada calls at 25 cents for 15 minutes when you dial 10-10-100 before your call. To use 10-10-100 you must have a landline with local service provided by Rogers, Bell or Telus within Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia. 10-10-620 can be used within Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and areas of Newfoundland.
There's no need to switch phone companies -- these charges appear on your existing long-distance carrier's bill. There are no network fees or monthly fees.
